Effective Date: May 20, 2026
1. About This Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your subscription to and use of Lee Adler’s Liquidity Trader, published by Lee Adler, doing business as The Wall Street Examiner. By subscribing or using this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. Upon cancellation, future billing stops and your subscription continues through the end of the current paid period. Subscriptions are non-refundable.
Only first-time subscribers are eligible for any introductory pricing. The subscription system identifies returning subscribers and charges the current full rate accordingly.
This TOS applies to subscribers accessing the service through Substack.
3. Your Subscription License
Your subscription is a personal, non-transferable license for your individual use only. Reports, analysis, charts, and all subscriber content are for your eyes only.
You may not forward, share, redistribute, post, or otherwise transmit any content to any other person — including clients, colleagues, employees, or members of your organization — under an individual subscription.
Subscribers who wish to share content within their firm or with clients may purchase a group subscription, available on the Substack subscription order form. Select the applicable number of users. For large organization or client use the amount is negotiable. Contact me.
